Visit Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory to see this installation originally created by Taylor Studios 20 years prior to this restoration work. It was an honor to restore this exhibit with the Taylor Studios fabricators. I personally repainted the eyes, mushroom handles, and fixed the foliage for this exhibit called "Woody the Tree". A model male Northern Bobwhite quail sculpt. Sculpted from Clay and cast in resin. This was my first bird model. *diorama bird sculpted by me and painted by another Taylor Studios team member.
